Founder and Chairman: Lore Devra Levin

Serial global entrepreneur, Levin has guided businesses and multinational organizations to build value through strategic alliances and due diligence to attract outside investments. She founded and grew Associated Asia into a 15-country organization. Her experience spans cradle-to-grave product launches and branding campaigns for leading consumer electronics and product manufacturers across Asia.

  • Worked with brands including Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Jacob Suchard, Jaguar, Acer, Winbond, First International Computer, and D-Link

  • Built corporate and product sales growth through strategic alliances worldwide

  • Mentored hundreds of startups, guiding entrepreneurs from founding to pre-IPO or acquisition

Earlier, Levin founded several successful startups, including Unique Communications in the USA, an award-winning
defense intelligence and marketing contractor.

  • Clients included the  US Federal Government and branches of the Armed Forces

  • Commercial clients included Anheuser Busch, AT&T, Frito Lay, Fujitsu Systems, and Mobil Oil

  • Achieved new market penetrations for top brands and leading government affiliated organizations.

  • Managed major multi-national promotions for the Asian Broadcast Communications Network, Hong Kong Economic Development Council, Korean Electronics Manufactures’ Association, Southeast Asian Technology Institute, Taiwan Computer Association, Taiwan Electronics and Electrical Manufacturing Association

  • Lead annual Asian delegations to Germany’s Messe Electronica in Munich and Hannover Messe

Education and Mentorship

Levin holds a BFA in Communications Design from SUNY Buffalo and a mentor certificate from STARTech Early Ventures in Dallas, Texas. She serves on multiple corporate boards and continues to advise clients globally across the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe.

Partner and Talent Management Lawrence L. Allen

Allen spent over two decades in Asia fulfilling senior leadership needs for Fortune 100 companies across China and the Asia-Pacific region. He served as Partner-in-Charge of Heidrick & Struggles Beijing office, leading executive search for top global firms. His focus is helping organizations become globally capable through improved leadership.

  • Representative clients included Nestlé China, John Deere, PCC, Armstrong, TRW, and Lafarge

  • Served in roles such as Managing Director, Asia Pacific for Libbey Glass; Country Business Manager, China for Hershey; Regional Director of Operations, Far East for Conair

  • Led multiple start-ups, including Hershey China WFOE and Conair Vidal Sassoon APAC launch

Author and Thought Leader

Allen authored Chocolate Fortunes, chronicling the competition among chocolate brands in China. He also wrote the Tree of Liberty novel series, awarded Best Political Thriller of 2014.
