The firm was registered as an international news bureau in Taiwan and supplied syndicated technology journalists and content for publications in several languages. Coverage included Australia, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and the USA. As the company grew, it opened offices in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and South Korea and later incorporated in British Virgin Islands.

As demand for marketing Asian companies to the West increases, AAIL added marketing and business consulting services. Clients were seeking a foothold in the West and required specific needs to help them grow profitably while supporting their cultural differences. AAIL provided clients with a variety of consulting services with a focus on the identification and development of strategic alliances, the strategy, documentation and implementation of capital investments, and the identification of partnerships to support global sales channels.

AAIL relocated to Silicon Valley, California in 1999 as the company shifted to support US-based dot.coms seeking operations within Asia. After the collapse of the dot.coms, AAIL moved to the Dallas Fort Worth Metropolitan area in 2002. AAIL continues to leverage its global expertise to help companies remain competitive and grow around the corner and across the planet.
