AAIL has been delivering effective marketing consulting services to advanced technology companies since 1990. Founded in Taipei, Taiwan, the company was later incorporated and registered in the British Virgin Islands in1999.

In 2002, AAIL was registered in Johnson County, Texas. It has maintained its US office in North Texas to conduct marketing, management, fundraising and business development services since that time.
